Refund and Cancellation Policy
At PaisaSmart, we strive to provide efficient and seamless services to our valued clients. Please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy, as it outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.


Order Submission
Once an order for investment or financial services has been submitted through PaisaSmart, it is immediately processed. This includes transmitting the order to the relevant Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) or financial entities. Due to the automated nature of this process, cancellation or refund requests cannot be guaranteed.


Cancellation Requests
If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact PaisaSmart directly and file a support case by reaching out to our customer support team at mf.ops@elixirequities.com. Your request will be reviewed, and we will do our best to accommodate it, subject to the following conditions:
  • The transaction has not yet been processed by the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) or financial entity.
  • The request is submitted promptly and within any applicable timelines.


Refunds
Refunds are only possible in the rare event that the cancellation request is approved before the transaction is fully processed. Once the transaction is processed by the RTA or financial entity, refunds are not possible. We recommend that you review all orders carefully before submission to avoid the need for cancellations or refunds.


Important Considerations
  • Transactions processed by RTAs or financial institutions are binding and cannot be reversed. This limitation is beyond PaisaSmart’s control, as these transactions are executed based on regulatory and operational requirements.
  • PaisaSmart is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the inability to cancel or refund an order.
